Cured pork knuckle

It comes from boning cured shoulder ham.

It is presented in boxes containing 4 vacuum pack bags (each bag including 4 units) or in one box weighing in at 500 kilos approximately.

Other cold meat specialities

lomoLomo Embuchado

One of the most exquisite specialities. It is cured pork tenderloin in casing, lightly seasoned, right cured and prepared by hand.

It is presented in boxes containing 5 vacuum pack units weighing in at approximately 1.8 kilos each unit.

 


Cabecero de Lomo

Lightly seasoned and slowly cured. It comes from the top of the loin near the shoulder.

It is presented in boxes containing 12 vacuum pack units weighing in at approximately 0.6 kilos each unit.


baconSmoked bacon

It comes from selected pancetta quite naturally smoked and resulting in quality bacon.

It is presented in boxes containing 3 units weighing in at approximately 3 kilos each unit.

High quality cold meat specialities leave nothing to luck or chance. It is something intimately bound up with the land, the landscape, its people, their traditions... This is the day-to-day of this industry in the province of Segovia.

Segovia’s altitude provides a land bordered by mountainous regions, which along with the dry weather make the perfect environment for the production of cold meat specialities, such as chorizo and cured ham.

More than 50 years ago Florencio Sancho, our father, drew on the lessons learned from the land and his ancestors to approach this handcrafted task.

Nowadays, the adventure is still alive: his sons learned the job and contributed to the success of the business. From small beginnings, Hijos de Florencio Sancho SL is now one of Segovia's leading innovators and has achieved a high quality end product.
